Executive Education · For insurance leaders

Your roadmap is only as fast as your people can absorb it.

Bespoke Learning & Development and AI transformation that take carriers, MGAs, and brokerages from legacy operations to the agentic era.

The problem we solve

The technology is not the bottleneck. Absorption is.

That is the central finding of ZERO LEGACY: AI capability is compounding exponentially while organizations absorb it only linearly. The vanguard is pulling away not because it bought better models, but because its people can deploy them. We close that gap — turning the doctrine executives are reading about into skills their teams use the following Monday.

“A proof-of-concept that produces a slide instead of a return is now discounted to zero.”
FROM ZERO LEGACY · THE AGENTIC IMPERATIVE

What your teams walk away able to do

  • Deploy large language models in underwriting without hallucination — keeping AI out of the priced, regulated number
  • Modernize the core without a multi-year replacement, using the Strangler Façade
  • Match agent authority to risk with Risk-Tiered Autonomy, backed by an auditable decision record
  • Build the Institutional Learning Loop that turns models into an appreciating asset
  • Read the API Multiple — why capital now rewards composable, API-native insurers

Your people earn a certificate; you get a capability, not a binder.

Questions leaders ask

Before you book the call.

Is this training or advisory work?

Training. Every engagement is a structured curriculum with defined learning outcomes, instructional hours, assessment, and a certificate — designed so your workforce builds durable, verifiable skills.

Can we really use a government grant to pay for it?

Our programs are built to align with Canadian employer training grants, which fund workforce upskilling delivered by a third-party provider. Eligibility and approval rest with the administering ministry — we help you prepare and map the funding on your call.

Who is it for — executives or staff?

Both, in different formats. Leadership gets the one-day Executive Sessions; your underwriters, brokers, and operations teams get the Bootcamp and bespoke curricula (the grant-funded workforce training).

On-site or online?

Either. Programs run on-site across Canada or live-online, scoped to your team’s size and schedule.

Ready when you are

Bring the doctrine to your team.

One call to scope the curriculum, the cohort, and the funding. No obligation — and you’ll leave knowing what the government will co-invest.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

Train your team on AI. Your province may help pay for it.

Most provinces fund employer-led skills training through their own programs. This is a structured course delivered by a third-party provider, which is what those programs are built to support.

Format

Virtual, instructor-led

Length

24 hours over 8 weeks

Two cohorts, split days
