Executive Education · For insurance leaders
Bespoke Learning & Development and AI transformation that take carriers, MGAs, and brokerages from legacy operations to the agentic era.
The problem we solve
That is the central finding of ZERO LEGACY: AI capability is compounding exponentially while organizations absorb it only linearly. The vanguard is pulling away not because it bought better models, but because its people can deploy them. We close that gap — turning the doctrine executives are reading about into skills their teams use the following Monday.
The programs
Every program is a structured curriculum with defined learning outcomes, instructional hours, hands-on assessment, and a certificate your people earn — not a binder they shelve.
A six-week, cohort-based program for insurance teams of up to twenty-five. Your people master the frameworks reshaping the industry — the Probabilistic/Deterministic split, Risk-Tiered Autonomy, the Institutional Learning Loop — through live instruction, insurance-specific case work, and a capstone applied to your own workflows.
A one-day briefing that aligns your C-suite and board around a single doctrine, so strategy and workforce move as one. The frameworks, the industry’s trajectory, and the decisions only leadership can make — distilled for the people who set direction.
Curriculum tailored to your underwriters, brokers, and operations staff — from agentic foundations and modern-core thinking to code-level governance. Delivered on-site or live-online, scoped to your book of business and your systems.
What your teams walk away able to do
Funding your training
Because our programs are workforce training delivered by a third-party education provider — with defined outcomes, instructional hours, and certificates — they are built to align with Canadian employer training grants.
Employer training grants fund upskilling for your teams — underwriters, brokers, operations. We design the cohort to fit.
Ontario’s redesigned Ontario Job Grant can co-invest a significant share of eligible training cost per employee; similar grants exist across provinces.
On your curriculum call, we’ll walk through the funding available in your province and how our programs meet funder requirements.
Grant eligibility, program names, and approval rest with the administering ministry and change over time; senior executives and owners at large firms are typically excluded as the funded trainee. We help you prepare and build every program to the standard funders expect — we do not administer grants.
How it works
We scope your team, goals, systems, and the funding available to you.
We build the curriculum, outcomes, and assessment around your book of business.
Live instruction on-site or online, with insurance-specific case work.
Your people earn a certificate; you get a capability, not a binder.
Questions leaders ask
Training. Every engagement is a structured curriculum with defined learning outcomes, instructional hours, assessment, and a certificate — designed so your workforce builds durable, verifiable skills.
Our programs are built to align with Canadian employer training grants, which fund workforce upskilling delivered by a third-party provider. Eligibility and approval rest with the administering ministry — we help you prepare and map the funding on your call.
Both, in different formats. Leadership gets the one-day Executive Sessions; your underwriters, brokers, and operations teams get the Bootcamp and bespoke curricula (the grant-funded workforce training).
Either. Programs run on-site across Canada or live-online, scoped to your team’s size and schedule.
Ready when you are
One call to scope the curriculum, the cohort, and the funding. No obligation — and you’ll leave knowing what the government will co-invest.
